The Dora Awuah Foundation extends mental health awareness beyond schools and orphanages into the heart of Ghanaian communities—churches, clubs, associations, and public platforms. Upon invitation, the Foundation conducts sensitization outreaches designed to educate, engage, and empower adults and families.

These sessions address the mental health challenges that affect all ages, with particular attention to early identification and the reduction of stigma. Topics are tailored to each audience and may include recognizing depression and bipolar disorder, understanding substance use, supporting a loved one in distress, and navigating Ghana’s mental health system.
